Launch list privacy

This note covers the NYTRO launch list, contact form and wholesale enquiry form on this site.

What the form saves

Your email address, product and colour choices, signup date, the page you signed up from and a record of your consent. Earlier versions also accepted an optional city. We do not ask for payment information.

Why we collect it

To record interest in the upcoming NYTRO collection, understand product and location preferences, and contact you with product and launch updates you have agreed to receive. Signing up does not place an order or guarantee availability.

Contact and wholesale enquiries

These forms save your email, message and any name, phone, company or address details you provide, together with the submission date and form type. We use these details to review and respond to your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to launch updates. To request removal of an enquiry, use the contact form with the same email address.

Where it goes

Signup and enquiry records are stored in the website’s hosted database. Site administration and hosting services process the data needed to run the launch list. There are no advertising pixels or third-party analytics added to this site.

How to leave

After a new signup, we provide a private management link. Keep that link to remove your signup and its associated details from this site at any time. The link is private: anyone with it can remove that signup. Future update emails should also provide an unsubscribe option.

Cookies and browser storage

The launch form does not set marketing cookies or store your email in browser storage. The site saves a browser preference that records that you have joined. This preference contains no email address. The hosting platform may use essential cookies for access and security.

Before public launch

This site is a preview. The full business contact details and any email delivery provider will be added here before the launch list is opened to the public.
